Kurt graduated from Q.U.T. (B.A.Drama) in 1998, and is a member of the elite Cirque Du Soleil performer bank. His debut to the stage was in 1989 with Lyric Opera Queensland, as a member of the Boys Chorus, in their Production of Carmen.
Kurt trained at the School of Physical Theatre in London and whilst in Australia has trained and performed with Zen Zen Zo Physical Theatre Company, Rock’N’Roll Circus, Circa, Trix Circus and with members of Circus Oz and Legs on the wall.
His film credits include Scooby Doo, and The Magician for Village Roadshow Pictures, The Condemned for Lionsgate and WWE Films, Step Sister from Planet Weird for Disney Films and many other Australian short films.
Kurts’ TV Credits include Sea Petrol (Episode 7), as Setiawan whilst his stage credits include: South Pacific for Opera Australia/Frost Productions , Apparatus and Hand, for Queensland Theatre Company and Opera North, The Little Dragon for REM Theatre (Seoul, Korea) and Macbeth with both Zen Zen Zo Physical Theatre Company and Grin and Tonic Theatre Company.
